Visitor Attractions

Ruins, historic houses, art galleries and ancient sites ? you?ll find many visitor attractions throughout Argyll?s Secret Coast if you know where to look. They?re not as well-known as the iconic castles and grand gardens of the more visited parts of the west coast of Scotland, but that means you?re more likely to get them all to yourself. Grab a map and see if you can locate the chambered cairn or cup-and-ring marked rocks.

If you would like to explore the famous attractions that lie further afield, Argyll?s Secret Coast provides an ideal central base. Mount Stuart on Bute, the astounding gothic mansion, Inverarary Castle and Jail and the wonderful Ardkinglas House and Gardens are all well worth visit.
