Take to the Water

The sea is part and parcel of life here on Argyll?s Secret Coast, bordered as we are by two beautiful stretches of water, Loch Fyne and the Kyles of Bute. So don?t miss out on the opportunity to set sail. Take a trip up the Kyles of Bute on board Morag to view Argyll?s Secret Coast from a completely new perspective. The abundant wildlife is less wary of boats and you can get a really close-up view. The sheltered waters of the Kyles of Bute are perfect for kayaking ? there?s no better way to explore the islands and inlets of our coastline. Enquire at the Colintraive Hotel for hire and tuition.

No holiday is complete without a dip in the sea ? take the plunge off any of the lovely bays and beaches dotting our coast. The water is superbly clear and wonderful for snorkelling or diving. The area on the side of Bute is described as a ?hanging water garden?, and full of small fish and waving anemones.
